What I have created here is a platform where I can bridge the disparity between having a fully fledged online personal coach and having to follow poorly constructed workouts you’ve pulled off the internet for free.
LSX Method is a series of workouts I write every month that are available for you to continually use to maintain your progress in the gym. I update the monthly workouts in the members section on this site and give you access to all the tools and information you need to be able to follow them.
Having new workouts to follow is an invaluable tool I see people needing to keep their weekly exercise structured, balanced and most importantly, consistent. Turning up to the gym without a plan results in you spinning your wheels, which can quickly result in you stopping altogether.
Program design really matters, it’s not just a case of doing bits of exercise. Writing your own plans will often result in you just doing what you like to do, not necessarily what you should be doing. You may unknowingly have unbalanced workouts that leave out important muscle groups and movements which may be holding back your progress or worse, cause you issues down the line.
I primarily created this so I had something to offer clients, and in particular my online and Diet Clique clients, a continuation plan that wouldn’t cost the world, but would be engaging, intelligently structured and keep them a part of my community.
